An example of the difference in management and employee attitude is that the staff takes up all the closest parking spots to the store as opposed to Lowe's or Ingles employees who are required to use spaces on the last few rows AWAY from the store so customers have convenient parking. That's the difference in how customers come last.

Don't believe it, get there around shift change and just watch or look at the cars in the parking lot after a light snow. It's obvious that all the cars close to the building have been parked WAY longer than an average shopping trip. They act like you owe them your business.

Every one is super friendly.. always remember my daughter Sophia, offer her a sticker or a balloon. Love my young Walmart ladies working so hard to welcome each and every one of us.. Weaverville NC thank you

Ugh! There's a reason this store has such a low rating. (Although "Star" is being generous). Only go here if you absolutely have no other option. Unlike this staff, which seems to care less whether you come in the store or not, Ingles employees down the street treat you like a valued customer. Shop at Ingles, where the prices are lower, parking is easier and you can get through a check-out far more quickly.

Huge store, easy to find, easy to access parkung lot, excellent selection, well stocked, and helpful staff!! I am impressed with this Wal-mart. I will definitely go back when in the area again.

The store looks nice with the new layout. However, I was there when they had just completed the electronics department. I had been looking at computers for no more than two minutes when I heard a manager call his team together. There were at least 6 associates that were standing about 10' away. Next thing I know, the manager comes up to me and asks if anyone had offered to help me. I could barely get out all the words to say no but I'd only been there a minute or two. And that I don't like to engaged as soon as I walk into a department. He walked back to the team and fussed at them. Ironically, he never offered any assistance either. As someone who has worked in Human Resource Management for over 20 years, it was all I could do to not pull him aside and explain there are better ways to motivate staff. Also, I've always believed that you don't call out employees publicly. Retail is definitely different from office settings, but employees and customers deserve respect. I felt really bad for the associates. One did come up and ask me if I needed assistance after everyone dispersed.

Very clean, has almost everything. Items can get a bit pricey. You can easily come out with more than you expected to get. Online service (order online and live it up) isn't the best at the moment, hopefully it improves
