It's a nice well-maintained clean store. It's a fairly busy store but that means the products turn over and you don't get stale things for sale.
Ingles market is a local chain grocery store. They have a small but a good selection of beer and wine . There deli has a large salad and olive bar plus plenty of hot takeaway food . Fresh produce , local products and a bakery . They also have a pharmacy . You can find all the major brands of food products. The store's are clean ,well stocked and the staff is very helpful. There is handicap parking . The store's have power shopping carts for the disable customers.
Great staff. We bought an expired item and they swapped it no questions asked. Everyone has always been so nice just walking the floor and willing to help.
Nice layout, easy to find what you need, and has a Starbucks unlike the one in Marshall. Deli section is also awesome with a variety of choices for lunch/snacks while you shop.
Have been an Ingles shopper for over 30 years. Pretty good stores. However, with Publix moving into the area, there's strong competition. Publix has customer service nailed! The company is owned by the employees so they have real incentive to go out of their way to make customers not only feel welcome, but valued as well.
