I've only had problems at this pharmacy in my lifetime. (i.e.....delays, not filled, half order filled, ran out of medicine, super snobby older woman with big hair and glasses).
There new drop off. Pickup system is awful.waited in line for 30 min to drop it off then got back in line for for 30 min to pick it up.the old timers will change pharmacies
They do the best they can with the volume of prescriptions they have to fill. Always willing to help with your prescription if there is a problem or you need an emergency refill to cover you until you reach your Doctor. So you have to wait a little. Quit being so spoiled. Quit complaining until you are in their shoes. Oh ya, the ladies behind the counter are awesome..
Go anywhere else. It's always "15-20 minutes" until your prescription is ready, even after you have already waited 15-20 minutes! If there is a problem with your prescription they won't even tell you until you come in to pick it up, then again it will be another "15-20 minutes". The older blonde pharmacist is not very intelligent and extremely rude. Seriously- save your time and go to another pharmacy.
I use this pharmacy because it's close to home and less expensive than CVS. That being said, the service is awful. The blonde pharmacist has a terrible attitude and doesn't seem to know she is in a customer service field. The assistants always start out happy to help when they are new in the department but by the end of the first month, they're attitudes are as nasty as hers is. It doesn't matter when you call your refill in -an hour, a day, 2 days in advance- they won't fill it until you are standing at the counter and then they'll tell you it'll be 15-20 minutes. If they forgot to run the insurance which has happened a time or two, tack on another 15-20. The only reason I gave it two stars is that although their people skills are as low as could possibly be, they have never given us the wrong medication.
