Tried for over a month straight to get them to quote me on the job--moving a home from point A to point B. Every time I called (and I called as they asked--next week, tomorrow, in the morning, etc) I was told one of the following lines: "I'm covered up, call next week", "I will work you in next week", "I can't today, but will for sure tomorrow", "I can't today, but maybe this weekend".
Had him move my mobile home and had no problems. They cam looked as soon as they could because they stay so busy. Was referred to them by my mom and sister because they had moved there home. they were right they do a good job. Quick and when they say they are going to be there they are there. Busy group but best around.
I have heard good things of Davis from other people--it was why we waited so long on them, but I WILL NOT recommend them to anyone and will in fact, share my experience with others. So they may be aware.
Apparently they do not need the money or business, or are not decent enough to tell me they do not want to do the job. Either way, it has been a complete waste of my time and of the time of other parties involved as we waiting on Davis.
After over a month of trying to get this person to even take Step 1 of this job, I'm done with them.
