The worst insurance agent ever. She acted like queen of the insurance world. Would not give he business ever again. Told us that State Farm could not help us that she could only do things with our account. Oh yea very rude!

Tammy is one of the rudest agents that I have ever been in contact with. Because of her front office staff's mistake, my insurance was cancelled early and I was fined by the DMV. When I contacted Tammy to try and fix the problem she said "yes, I wondered why you cancelled so early, I did question that" but she never called and just let it go through. When I called her office to discuss it with her, she was rude and gave me the run around. Promised to call me the next day but never did but instead sent an email, did not have enough courtesy to call and let me know that she would not fix her staff's mistakes. Worst customer service ever at an insurance agency.
Tammy and her staff have gone over and beyond with their customer service and help. The service people are friendly, and want to make sure that you have everything you need taken care of. You can count on fast, productive, and faithful service. They truly take care of their customers, and care about you as an individual. Vetina (one of her staff people) walked me through some of my insurance questions, and offered so much knowledge. Tammy has had 22 years of experience and it definitely shows, based on how she runs her office, and is so loyal to her customers. I would totally recommend to anyone, as the Weaverville state farm has been so great to me.
