All the employees are helpful and friendly, but Bruce is stellar! He helped my husband and I for at least 30 mins as we tried to figure out exactly what connections we needed to set up our propane heater in our RV. He walked us through the connections step by step and made sure we had everything we needed. He saved us, two southern Texans traveling from out of town, from the first freezing temps of the fall in Weaverville. Thanks a million, Bruce!

Educated me on The different types of replacement gizmos and flappers for my collection of toilets... All are different but all universal parts don't universally fit all toilets, isn't that funny and some of them are made in Japan or Japanese only toilets. WOW
