Not a happy customer at all!!! The lady who did my hair cut one side is shorter in layers than the other. Then she told me she didn't have time to do my color but i was there first. Then i didn't get my discount for buying hair products. Then the next day i came back to get my hair colored and the lady didnt have time then!! I don't like being brushed off especially being a big paying customer!! Not happt at all!!!
Abby from Smart Styles in Weaverville is so amazing!! I highly recommend her and the manager Patty!! They are amazing!! I'll never go anywhere else!!
Not happy at all. Showed a pic to the lady that cut my hair and explained the whole time what I wanted and I was butchered. Emailed them to see if i could have someone fix it. No reply. My hair had grown for over a year and in 30 min it looked awful. Customers are suppose to get what they pay for.
