These guys are terrible!! Costed me unneeded parts and money and time
I had to have an air condition repaired on my car several months ago. Promised in 2 days and took about 4. This alone is an inconvenience due to the heavy smoke smell that stays in your vehicle forever after leaving it at Eric's for any amount of time. Mechanic claimed to have trouble getting to the unit. I realized that this was true when I found damage on the entire right side of the hood and car. It was pouring down rain and my vehicle was wedged into an angled spot with vehicles behind me. I did not think to do an inspection. The next day I found long scratches vertically across the fender and also under the hood. I thought for awhile about if a car might have backed into me. This was not consistent with the damage. What was consistent with the damage is a hanging tool or mechanic's light that would dangle down from the hood and along side the vehicle. I believe that my care was left for pick up in an awkward position to distract me from the damage. If you have a nice vehicle that you do not want damaged or if you use the vehicle for children and do not want it to smell like smoke, I would NOT GO TO ERIC"S AUTOMOTIVE. Dishonest, negligent, immoral. Please see my pics of the damage added to this Google profile.
