I'm giving this place a decent rating. Ed was wonderful! Very helpful and honest while not being pushy at all. The car I looked at was in great shape but unfortunately Rob was BARELY working with me on the price. My only complaint is that Rob was rude, unwelcoming, and money hungry. I found a more affordable car somewhere else but felt the need to voice how unpleastant my experience was because of Rob.
Skye Autohaus offers the best car buying experience I've ever had. I've bought two vehicles, my husband has bought one and my grandmother has bought one. There's nothing I hate more at car dealerships than having someone descend upon you before you've gotten out of the car. Travis is the most laid back car salesman I've ever met. Absolutely no pressure, no gimmicks. They specialize in Subarus, but usually have other vehicles on hand as well.
By far, the best used car purchasing experience I've had. Normally, going to buy a used car is somewhere in line with heading to the dentist. Fortunately for me, this outfit COULD NOT be more professional. Our salesperson, Kristen, is the best. Hands down. Not pushy and she knows her stuff. Great energy. When she doesn't know the answer, she finds out and does so in a truthful manner (name another used car salesman that does that!). It's beautiful to see. So, I will be back to purchase cars again from Kristen soon (teen drivers). Lastly, I should add, Skye Autohaus has a great relationship with local mechanics and therefore you receive HUGE savings on any work that needs to be done (although I've never had to go that route).
